Need help fast!!!

I have a 2001 Jayco 12 MX pop up camper. I was putting on a new canvas today and when I tried to lower it one corner didn't go down. Im stuck. Please help me.

I googled the problem and saw where one guy was having a problem with the lift cable twisting, they greased the "thrust bearing", you might googled it.

p.s. I know it's not a Jayco but after watching a few videos on the cabling systems on the Jayco, it sounds like this might be the same.

Well, given that I don't know a darn thing about how these popup cable systems work, I am really stretching but here are two more things I found that may help:

Also try spraying the lift arms with WD-40 they may be binding causing one side to not drop.

I'm not too mechanical, plus I've just had both my knees replaced so I can't kneel on them yet.
