Oh great....

So we opened her up and 3 corners were taught, one wasn't as high as the others so my husband gave it another crank and the back fell down!!!!

Did we just break it?! We don't know what to do now!

Did we get ripped off?

well I am not sure about the lift system on those but a friend of mine had one and it was cable driven system and one of his cables broke....I would say this could be the issue but if it were me I would research the lift systems on that particular unit

You can buy a replacement four cable set online for $50.00, If it was me I would replace them all while apart. All kinds of replacement videos on Youtube, Jayco has used the same basic cable system for many years.

You might want to look at the cable end inside the camping unit. I was able to help a couple that had the same issue and a bolt had come out of the gear that winds the cable. We got it back in a replaced a missing cotter pin.

Thanks! Looking at the videos and everything we think it is the cables. One corner is also lower than the others and the inside has a cover removed from one of the track areas. We are thinking it was broke before and they did a jankey fix on it and never adjusted it right.
