Replacement spare tire carrier for 2006 Jayco 1006

Hello, everyone.

While dusting off the camper and getting it ready for another year of fun, I noticed that my spare tire carrier is in sad shape. It is a metal piece of as pictured that attaches to the bumper and the back of the camper. Unfortunately, it is very rusted through and about to crack. I'd like to replace it prior to any disasters. Does anyone have suggestions on where to get a comparable part to replace it with?

Can it be repaired? If the metal has some bad spots, you might be able to bolt some thin plate stock to bridge the cracks. Elimininate as much of the rust as you can and then cover with Rust-o-leum or similar. ... might last another 10 years.

^ x2. Or if you could locate some flat stock simillar to what there already and are able to form it on a bench vise you could essentially make one to match whats there.
