Hi Shirley..............WELCOME AND CONGRATULATIONS.
We also have the 4 door fridge. Like Bob said you will be amazed at what you can take with you...........we also put a box in the space under one of the dinette booths. We store canned goods and larger items such as juices, drinks that will go in the fridge when the current supply runs out.
The cabinet above the sink is used for spices, chips, cooking oils, misc bag and small box items. As for the overhead next to the micro.....there really is a lot of space. You just have to pack it all in......not like at home where you can see at a glance your inventory. We just categorize items and put the taller in back.
