8. That said, I poked pretty hard at the quality of their dealer network and how I think it is their weakest link.
9. Now that said, I've had two issues on this 2 month, 4500 mile trip already and in both cases the CS/Warranty dept took care of it with minimal hassle. In fact, I had the motor on my awning replaced at n/c in less than an hour at the Jayco Service Center. Getting an appointment convenient to our schedule was not a problem. The only question was if the part would come in from the 3rd party mfg in time.
