I just now saw this thread. I hope you have been able to resolve your issue, but just in case here are a couple of possible cures from the Power Gear owners manual.
Locations of breakers, fuses, fuse panel, etc. are coach specific. Your fuse/breaker panel is to the left of your left foot against the firewall. You have no lights on the panel which could indicate you have no power to the system. It could be a fuse but because you have had this issue a couple of times, I suspect you have a loose wire, possibly a ground wire.
The manual indicates "system will not turn on, indicator light does not light". Probable Cause: 1) Coach ignition not in run position, 2)Transmission not in park or neutral, 3)Parking brake not set, or 4)control has been left on for more than 4 minutes, auto shut off. Corrective Action: 1)Turn ignition to run position, 2)Place Transmission in park or neutral, 3)set brake and 4)Push on/off button TWICE.
