Rock and roll. 3 days on the road, 1039 miles total. We tried to follow McGarrett's advice of 330 (miles) or 3:30 (off the road). The mileage we were pretty close on each day, but I guess we will have to start earlier to be off the road by 3:30PM. If we would begin earlier, we would miss the evening rush hours. Of course that would mean getting up early
We saw a lot of beautiful country in MO AR MS AL & FL but we are too early for the fall colors.
Some amazing roads new to us and some terrible roads new to us.
We are all set up and ready to play at Carrabelle Beach RV Resort.
Temps for the weekend will be 60s to 70s, next week in the 80s.
Hurricane Joaquin is aiming at the east coast so we will stay put and keep an eye on what may develop in the gulf during the month.
More later, think I'll go out and breath in some salt air.
