I don't feel confident in raising any of my wheels off the ground. If you have stabilizers down plus 6 tires making contact, you have real stability.
Some stabilizers (Big Foot) advertise their products will hold the unit with a wheel off the ground........I have not seen any such claim from ours.
We carry 2 bags of leveling blocks (left over from our TT days)
RV Leveling Blocks, 10 pack - Cp Technologies Company RKCW819010 - Chocks & Levelers - Camping World
We have used these as stair step and drive up on them to give all 4 corners contact with the ground. Any time I have needed the additional lift for leveling the dual tires, I run a stack for each tire.
We have also maneuvered around in a site to obtain the best level.
We have been in some state parks that the site we were in was challenging for leveling but the pay off was the surrounding beauty.
