In the meantime, we were able to use the door assembly, just not able to lock the door from the inside and the deadbolt didn't work (I had taken it apart). The assembly stayed in place, albeit loose. Some attractive duct tape ensured that.
The new assembly slipped in easily in about 15 minutes. A trip to the locksmith to make a couple extra keys and we're good to go.
5. The showerhead is pulling out of the wall in the shower and I am in the process of fixing that along with a bedroom drawer that doesn't want to stay in while moving.
Overall, we were once again very pleased with our Precept & Jayco Customer Service experiences. We have nearly 20,000 miles on our 31UL and are looking forward to our next trip, to the North Carolina mountains, in it next month!
