Hi I think the mod you done to your A/C is what I'm looking for.


"We bought the control box that let us hook it up to a standard RV wall thermostat -- best mod we've done to date. The fan cycles off when the trailer reaches the desired temperature and then we have QUIET -- really nice. Neither of us wake up if the unit comes on during the night."


I have an enclosed trailer with a Suburban NT-12S and just got a free Colman Mach model # 8333C876 with rooftop controls. I want to hook the furnace and A/C to 1 thermostat and have the A/C shut off automatically and not continue to run. If you could tell me what you bought to make this possible I would really appreciate it, and any part number to go with it. pics of the control box would really help as well.

Hello. I have a X213 as well. Love our trailer. Love your mods - not a Ham radio guy but I do appreciate that.
Question - looking at your pictures, it looks like you stabilizer jacks are different then mine. Aftermarket? Stock? I just have the regular 4 corner scissor jacks . Looks like yours are more. Can you inform me?

Hey Mitch. This is Chris KC9GEM, from Indianapolis, IN. I Like your ham radio set up for your X213. My family and I have an X213 on order and should get it i early April. How do you like the 213? How has its held up for you? Any other mods that you have done? What bands do you operate on when camping? I am mostly 2 meter 70 cm with an ICOM dual band hand held radio when camping.
