The factory says the bumper has a capacity of 100 lbs. Also they mention not to cantileiver items off the back and not to let them bounce and stress the bumper. The total weight of the two bikes, rack and spare is just over 100 lbs. To minimize stress on the bumper, I installed a Swagman two bike rack with bolt on reciver style hitch, this thing is the most rock solid bike rack I have ever seen. Zero bounce! It is also mounted off center to make room for the spare tire, this puts the bolt on reciever hitch closer to the bumper weld-on point, further reducing the twisting motion caused by rack.bike weight. I also modified the spare tire mount by removing the tip down, hinged portion (it is not needed on my trailer). This lowered the center of gravity of the spare, and I also moved the bracket so it straddles both sides of the frame where the bumper is welded on. This distributes the weight and stress of the spare tire to the ouside welds.

Love the pics, We have the same model. Previous owner had support brackets welded with extra support to hold bike rack. Will look into a Swagman. Tell me, have you had any problems with your electric awning? At the end of the season, I was rolling ours in when I noticed a "wobble" on the motorized end.
