For those who haven't been there, let me try to give this perspective. From this vantage point, you would first need a sharp eye to spot anyone who may be climbing the tower. You then would need a spotting scope or binoculars to actually be able to zoom in enough to see the climber. It is a very large tower and a spectacle to take in.
