Too much info to put here but WARNING..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR JAYCO RV REPAIR.. Cant say Horrible service when it is NO service. They have had my 2019 Jayco Precept Prestige since Nov 15, 2021. Today is March 14, 2022. No calls from them, no updates. after the info I received from INDIANA RV CONNECTION and following up with JAYCO parts and warranty departments. 100% RV CONNECTION are outright LIARS. 3 story's in 2 phone calls. 1st because of lead time on parts, 2nd Jayco not wanting to warranty the work. Its a limit switch in the furnace.. 3rd. could not describe any of the so called work done that was on repair list. I wish this info gets to JAYCO corporate for review or maybe they don't care either, just sell me the unit and forget everything else. This would also be a zero star because they sure don't even deserve the one.
