Here is my tow vehicle and brand new trailer. Ram/trailer combo towed great. The only issue was the hitch ball would not come out of the tongue. It too 2 hours, multiple youtube videos on the iPhone, and a fight with a hammer to get it out. It was over 100 degrees out today. That may have had something to do with it as well Tomorrow morning it's off to get some grease and silicon spray. Tonight it's time for a beer.

Had a similar problem with my receiver. The lock would not go back far enough and so had a very hard time releasing. I actually had to chock the trailer and pull forward to set the ball as far forward as possible. They replaced the receiver under warranty. Happy trails!

Thanks for info. That is what I'm going to have to do as well when I take it in for a few warranty items. It is really bad. I have found a way to do it, but it is really tough. Shouldn't be this hard. How did they replace the receiver? Cut and weld?
