Greyhawk 31FK TV Shelving
DIY shelving for the TV cabinet in the 2016 Jayco Greyhawk 31FK
Cheap plywood sucks up stain like a Frat house sucks up beer. Using what I had on the shelf, color is close enough for the prototype.
Scrape the back edge band flush
Whiet Oak hardwood edge banding trimmed flush
Add white oak edge banding
Half inch carbide, spiral flush trim to pattern route the shelf. Cheap Home Depot (Chinese) VC 1/4" ply since this is a prototype.
