Thanks nisbitch.. I would also look at a 3/4 if we ever replace this truck. It has 94,000 on it and still runs good. Being retired now we have to watch our money. Along the Gulf coast the truck does o.k., but not sure about going cross country with it

Sorry I took so long to see this message. My payload is only 1100 lbs. I'm in the market for a 3/4 ton because of this. I notice a bit of bounce, but I have installed helper air bags in my rear coil springs that seem to help eliminate most of it. I only got to use is a few times last year. I'll learn a lot this year as I plan on going out quite a bit.

Nisbitch...Just Curious, what is the payload on your Ram ? Mine is 1648 on my '07 F150 SuperCrew... It does o.k. with our 27BHS, but I get more bounce and wiggle than I got with our other trailer. Thinking I need upgraded shocks maybe
