I don't think walmart would have a problem installing the sailun tires. Just make sure to ask if they have metal valve stems before you go. I used to always run my tires at 110 but dropped them to 105 a while ago. I have the load inflation chart and you could actually run them at 85 if you wanted to. I am considering dropping them to 100. The sailun tires are seriously Heavy Duty! So, unless you are really loaded down, there isn't a real "need" to run them at 110. There are 2 sizes for the S617. The 235/85 has a load rating of 4400 lbs. My trailer has 7K axles and a GVWR if 15,950 so they are a bit overkill when fully inflated to 110.
