Just thought I’d drop you a PM reminding you of the September 8th informal get together of some Precept owners at Shipshewana South. The tour of the Motorized Division at Jayco will be interesting but I suspect that the most interesting part will be just siting around sharing small talk among owners of the same coach and learning some new stuff and reaffirming some old stuff. I know my wife is really looking forward to seeing how the other ladies decorated and showing off a little. You’re not too far from Shipshewana and I hope to see you there.
Your comment about learning everything on you tube made me laugh! We just got home a week ago from a trip to Lexington, KY and then North Carolina (we live in suburban Chicago area). Our alarm for the low hydraulic fluid kept going off although the stabilizers were working. Then my husband checked and the level was low. So he called our Jayco dealer (who is a great dealer). While he's on the phone with them, I was looking up this issue on the internet. What came up????? Our forum thread about low hydraulic fluid. The dealer had no suggestions so my husband started reading, to the dealer tech, what fellow Precept owners posted. The dealer's comment was, "well that sounds OK". So we got extra fluid, got through the trip and it's going in to the dealer tomorrow so we can keep our Memorial Day camping plans!!
Spoke to my dealer today and he assured me the windshield noise will be fixed(without duct tape). I will be the judge of that and if it will be as he says it will be, it will be in my driveway on Saturday. Stay tuned folks and thanks for you friendly and well thought out input.
