Now I know why you didn’t chime in on my comment on the Precept forum about “I recommend that the next gathering be for “Precept” owners only”. I mentioned in a comment one time also about RV shows being ‘very dangerous’ to attend. Too much Glitz and Glitter.
However, congratulations on your new coach!!
I can feel for you on the rotator cuff surgery. Been there, done that. Right Side, 5 years ago (June 2011) and have not regained all my range of motion.
Rehab is very important, hard and long. Do all the therapist ask you to do, and even tell he/her that you are willing to do “homework” to help. (Sounds like a mother hen, right!)
Lights on, tow haul on, Mary on board!

Mill Creek COE on Table Rock Lake.
We were on site #47. We were there in May for 2 weeks and the patio side of our rig was on the west side. The reason I point that out is, the weather was mild and the afternoon/evening sun was not too much.
When we go back, we will pick our site according to the sun and the patio area.
It really is a beautiful park. An added bonus is, there is a resident at the top of the hill (entrance to Mill Creek) that daily walks the park with his Lab. He has built Blue Bird houses and placed them all over the park and he checks them daily. Fun to watch the birds.
Be sure to check by phone when you are trying to set a date. They had flooding again this spring. Also, this is one of those parks that fills with campers a lot. They take reservations 60 days out. The few days in the middle of the week are usually available.
Old 86 is another COE close to Mill Creek. Not as many lake side sites but it is a beautiful park also.
    Happy trails

    Darrell,
Could you please tell me which corps of engineer campground you stayed at when at Table Rock Lake. Your picture made it look like a great campsite. Would like to go there myself.

    Darrell,

Seen your friend request and I think I added you as a friend. Not really sure how all the buttons on this site work yet. I appreciate all the encouragement you have offered. Since we live somewhat close, maybe some day we will meet up on the road somewhere. We surely will be checking out some of the campgrounds you have stayed in the area.

    Have a great day,

    Rick and Karen

    Hi D7Makafun,
This is Rick of Rick and Karen (doylera1). We were just looking at your photo album and noticed you camped at a lot of sites in Missouri. Are you from this area or do you just spend a lot of time here? We live in Troy, IL which is about 18 miles northeast of St. Louis. We have a 31UL on order and are really looking forward to getting it. Looks like you have been to a lot of nice places. Maybe we will see each other on the road someday.

Darrell, thank you so very much for your kind offer, we truly appreciate your generosity. Fortunately Colin has drive a Class A previously - we had a Damon Ulrasport diesel pusher about 5 years ago, then we moved to a Jayco Pinnacle 5th wheel and now the Precept! Last time we had the class A we didn't have a toad which is why we changed to a 5th wheel. This time we decided to be more adventurous and have bought a Kia Soul with a stick shift that we intend to tow with the Blue Ox system. In January we'll be looking to get a base plate fitted so we'll be complete! We'll let you know how towing works out, we may need some input - so be prepared! Thanks again, you're a major reason why this forum is so successful.

Thanks, we may have to do the same. We are in Conway, SC near Myrtle Beach.
