Upset as nothing is being done by Jayco with my insuylation package. If i tow back to dealer, it will fall down again. The only miles were from dealer to home. Now dealer says thye can work on it Jan 15 as they are backed up. Started going through everything and the 12volt system does not kick in when disconnected from 110 elect. Jayco could not help on phone, said take to dealer. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER SO FAR WITH MY JAYCO!

Got my 2015 Jayco X20E last Friday. Was pleased on the tow back to my work place of about 59 miles with my Tacoma and through rain, Orlando City traffic and expressway also.
When i got to work place someone said you are dragging some plastic.
I was really upset to find the insulation package i had ordered was duct taped in the rear portion of the trailer! Totally irate i called dealer. I had my maintain personel tape it up so it wasnt dragging. Jayco called me Saturday, and now they want it back at dealer (79 miles from my house) and keep for a week.
I am hoping dealer and Jayco do the right thing of picking the trailer up from me.
Still awaiting news from dealer, but i surely was a "happy camper"
I have calmed down some, but have realtives coming to visit and will be staying in unit during holidays. has anyone else had problems with insulation package?

Finally did it! I ordered a new Jayco X20E ! It will take 8 weeks or so to receive! Now totally excited. The salesman had just spent the past week at the Jayco Factory and shared alot of details. Got the enclosed underbelly, power jack/awning, grill, and they recommended upping air conditioner to the 15,000 btu? Any comments on the enclosed underbelly? The material looked interesting.
Have a great week!
