I have the same model TT as you do. My wife and I love the floorplan and the interior comfort and conveniences. This is our third TT and our first Jayco. I have not been pleased with the fit and finish though. Most of the issues have been a result of poor quality control. I continue to find and fix the little things. Our rig was built in the Idaho plant. Are you east coast with a Indiana built unit? I hope all is well with your 28 RLS and continues that way. Safe travels to you.
