We had our walk through today. We brought a DVD with us, when we put it in the DVD player, it played on both inside TV's. The outside TV has it's own DVD player. Maybe there is a problem with your Jensen. I would contact your dealer. Or contact Jayco customer service..Contact Us | Jayco, Inc.
