Hello everyone, I hope this is the correct way to discuss an issue with my travel trailer.
My awning will not retract or extend. My troubleshooting thus far has been to replace all fuses with new ones. The awning control button I have removed, inspected and all 4 connections are very good. There has been a "Klunk" sound when I attempt to retract the awning, however no sounds on attempts to extend. And this sound is consistent in the overhead above the control panel
