Hi again, I have been taking our new purchase- 2008 34SS Seneca for short trips and have a couple of questions pertaining to the exhaust brake and transmission downshifting when backing off the throttle.
1- When I have the exhaust brake button engaged I don't feel or hear any kind of noise from the exhaust brake ....what kind of noise should be heard or sensation felt?
2-When backing off the throttle the transmission downshifts to a really low gear range at least 2 ranges lower really reving the motor. Is this the way it is supposed to be or can it be changed to only downshift one gear range?
    Thanks in advance for reply!
    Ed
