    Hey Rob,
I sent this message to you almost 3 years ago. Where does time go? Today I came upon your bed lift system again. I searched through my PMs and don't find a response from you regarding this. Because I suffer from CRS, would you please revisit the use of your system on our coach.
I hope that we will meet you at the rally.
    Thanks so much
    Chuck Ward

    Hey Rob,
My DW recently came across your FB posting detailing your bed lift system. She WANTS one! We have a 2017 36FK with an aftermarket king bed. Reviewing your album here I think your slide system is different. We have a Schwintek In-Wall Slide-Out.

I believe ours operates the same way. The bed base is fixed, and the platform slides in and out with the slide.
Will your system work on our coach?
If so, are you still fabricating them for sale?
    What is the cost?
    Thanks

    Part 2 of my message
The search now continues. Ok I have a few questions hopefully you can answer for me.
    1. Now that you have 3 additional years on your rig do feel this rig was built better then say after the take over in 17.
    2. Have you found from feedback that the new M2 chassis is an upgrade from your chassis.
3 Have you come across in your travels any one with the international chassis from nexus Ghost and did they seem happy or felt this chassis may be problematic.
    4. Have you found since covid that it is much more difficult with booking reservations across the country.

Thanks in advance for being such a great resource.

    Hi Rob
Its been awhile since we last chatted. I believe it was around 2019, where does time go. I hope everything is still going well with retirement. Actually I sent you a message a few days back but I must be challenged when using this forum. I checked my sent emails and it had the date of the message but I could not find the message that I sent to you. Anyway I will try again.
The last time we chatted I was in the midst of retiring from the CFD and in the market for Seneca TS. Retirement happened and you were right in the fact its hard to understand how I found time for work. Thoroughly enjoying the retirement aspect but plans changed do to family obligations and we had to put the Seneca on the back burner. I did look at one Seneca after chatting with you and drove the salesperson crazy with all the things I found LOL. You definitely made me a much more informed consumer and I thank you for that. Of course my note was to long so I will send it 2 messages.

    Rob,

When you swapped your water heater out, did you do it yourself and if so, were you able to get enough slack in the hoses and stuff, just by sliding it out or did you have to disconnect from behind it first? If so, how did you end up getting to the hoses behind the unit, mine seems to be burried in a way that I cannot find a way to get behind the unit in any way.

    Hi Robbbyr,
Thanks for helping me last night with the in dash unit. I was wondering if you had any diagrams for hooking the audio video cables (red, white, yellow in a harness) up to the AVS050HD switch. I have cables with colored tape but do not know what goes where. I remember seeing brown come out of the Kenwood unit. I have traced blue tape harness to the rear tv. I cannot find a colored tape at the outside tv. I have a white taped harness and a brown one. Any ideas? I do know the TV works on cable or antenna. Thanks. Kathy

Robby, I have cut out my door window and have the replacement ready to go in. I was looking at your picture and have looked for that shade but i am not able to find it. Did you special order it?

Hey Rob, You seem to be the go to guy for the Senecas. We've got a 2015 that we parked in September. We're about to launch out for warmer weather (We're in VA where the temps have dipped into the 20's a few times). I winterized it best I could- took out the water filter, ran the lines dry (including the washer/dryer lines) and tried to pump the pink stuff in but it didn't work so well. Is there a protocol for getting her back into action? I figured I'd put in the new water filter, fill her up and run the water for for a while. I saw you mentioned to look out for elbow leaks in the plumbing. Any other things I should do? We've had class C's for years but this is our first Super C/Diesel/Seneca. While I have your attention, we travel quite a bit in FL and then we'll be out to TX. Can you recommend a shop for a diesel oil change?

    Robby,

I have purchased a door window and I am about to change the original window. can you describe the process you took. I can see that the window is much larger and i know i will need to cut the hole bigger. Was that a difficult thing to do? I am fairly handy with tools but want to know if there was something specific i should know. Thanks in advance.
