Installed a Curt XD Class 5 last summer and moved the plug into the bumper, trailer came home tonight and pulled like dream...I think by having that Magnaflow exhaust and intake it lets that engine...

The only reason I am getting a little concerned is that the rear end is a 3:73, I still think I can handle 10000 without much trouble but I am nearing the limits I believe, I still think I am better...

I will now probabely have to adjust my Equalizer...the Curt sits closer to the bumper...may have to move the head on the shank up one adjustment!! But I like it!!!

GM went from the 454 V-8 to the 496 V-8 gasser...I had a 454 in a 98 3/4 burb...torquey, not like this one though! Both were hard on fuel...big trailers require big iron!

I agree with Hammer...its the price I pay to have a big gasser...I just can't justify the cost of the diesel (I wouldn't use it much for 7 months) and no one really makes a gasser in that class...
