What caused this, is it repairable?

camper is 2011 x20E, bought new then. This happened about 2 years ago. It has been covered, I'm certain nothing hit it.

It was such a clean cut. The outer jacket was not scrapped or appeared compromised. Just don't know. Anyways, 12v now works and all is well, just waiting on spring.

Yes, I have wondered. Either somebody cut it when we stopped for lunch, or it got caught up in hitch when backing up into driveway. That is the only 2 possibilities.

He was not specific. I believe he meant that their service dept does that many, on whatever make/type. He was just telling me that they do a lot of converter replacements.

Problem was converter. And dealer (service) was not surprised. He said they replace about 10/week!! Just makes me wonder when will the next time be? After warranty expires? On a trip?

We just bought a 2011 x20e and will pick up on monday, camp on saturday. We previously owned 2004 Fleetwood Sequoia pup.
