Not that Iknow of, the awning can take some weight though, in the winter months mine fill with snow and then turn to ice, bit of a bear to get the ice out though. Once out, they are good as new.

Your gonna have to do some digging around, could be the fittings on the tank as well.

I get two years out of a power cord.
