I'm from Port Jeff Station. I too go to Smith Point. Shinne**** is one of my favorite places. I either stay on top of the hill or bay side. I find it a bit rough to tough it along the beach side....

Solar Led Rope Light
I just bought 2 sets of solar LED rope light at Harbor Freight Tools for $14.99 each. I let them charge up during the day and wow are they bright at night. Good investment.
