Ditto mines plugged in all year no problems . There has to be something wrong with your system. Is your unit still under warrantee?

I ordered them on my 2007 Eagle TT love them! Much better built than the single pane ones. No problems five years and counting. The best 1250.00 you will spend if you order your unit.

You need to contact Reese they have new...

You need to contact Reese they have new redisigned brackes that they will send out free of charge. The new bracks are reinforced and should solve the problem. Here is the number for cequent towing...
