Mine was also sliding down the backer board. The dealer replaced it under warranty and said it’s a common issue. The replacement from Jayo had metal J clips on the top and bottom to keep in place.

I just noticed my slide tape was doing the same thing. Dealer repaired under warranty. My 5er was built in August of 2011.

We ordered our 30.5BHLT in July and it was built about 3 weeks later. It then took another three weeks to be transported 7 hours down I90.

The build date was listed on our paperwork, it was built on a Wednesday. We picked her back up from the dealer last night. It looks as most of the issues were corrected. Time will tell....
