I don't think its that important to be EXACTLY...
I don't think its that important to be EXACTLY level......maybe get it pretty close to level and keep it at a safe unlevel. Or pull the camper in front ways and let the back end hang up in the air.

I have the one in my signature and we towed it about 4,000 miles last summer alone. Did very well, it was at its LIMITS in the mountains on I-40 going through Arizona. My trailer is about 5800 lbs...

the two up front are probably your fresh water...
the two up front are probably your fresh water tank and there shouldn't be any antifreeze in there. the ones in the back are probably to your water heater and the other is probably the actual low...

I think they can only put them on the lighter weight trailers. I know on the semi's a set of duals can legally be loaded to carry 34,000 lbs but if you have sliding tandems and slide the front axle...
