I have not yet bleed the system completely yet . That's the next thing I will do before replacing anything else and make sure there is no air in the system and all fresh fluid.

Yes . But it has been replaced last week because the other one was leaking and the spongy feel started before the hydroboost started leaking and is still spongy.
