Outside light is 12v and the outlet is 110v. Completely different circuits and wires from the converter. The light will have a fuse and the outlet will be on a breaker.

Does everything else work?

They use torsion bar suspension, so nothing to flip under there.
You can purchase complete axles that have a 2" lift for big $$, or get some plates made up to lower the existing axles.
