I used a short length of rope to keep her behind the drivers seat. i attached the other end to the metal handrail by the door.

Worth every penny. I've had it for 2 years now and it solves most of the tranny shifting issues i had before. More torque is available and the transmissions resists downshifting from 5 to 3 now.

For me I wouldn't take the chance with any water. Drain it all, blow out the lines and put some antifreeze in the traps.

Pickup water when you get to warmer climes.

Not sure what the issue is, I pulled the pump and ran it manually and it wouldn't pump water. I will pull it apart and check the diaphragm and see if it is leaking. If it is then I will replace it...

The bottom is level with the lower part of the bumper and no higher than the AC unit, which is less than most 5th wheels.

As for the screws, it's meant to handle more 250 lbs so no worry there as...

On mine the tank heaters are a red switch in the bathroom. Turn the switch on and the heaters stay on till you shut them off as far as I know.
