Arrow BHS28 sewage smell in front bedroom area

Since a few months ago (we haven't used the toilet until then so far this year as hubby was deployed) we can smell an awful sewage smell in the front bedroom area of our BHS28.

You may be surprised how much copper costs have gone up, the wire alone is over $600 (it's a long run, back to the main). And that's the wire at wholesale prices!

I would rather sink 1K or more...
