Nice job fixing what Jayco should have done before selling it to you. I had to do the same with an Embark so it is not just the price of the unit to be an excuse for total lack of attention to detail...

I am not trying to defend Jayco on this but in 2012 they also had the Embark which had the air ride, bigger engine and bigger tires on a real M2 chassis. If they did not go with the cheaper chassis...

Get one of the cheap buffers that are low speed orbital and can't burn the paint. Harbor Freight $20. I use it to apply liquid cleaner wax and remove it by hand. It really helps to speed up the job...
