Most likely you will be safe. There is a remote possibility that a bad grounding connection would cause the current to ground through your body. If you have a battery option, use it.

Propane gauge
Just pour a cup of warm water over the side of tank. It will give you a clear line of where the level is.

Front end lift will undoubtedly occur. Worse case scenario The front tires of the TV will lift off the pavement resulting in loss of control.
