My air conditioner bolts were loose, and I have tightened them.
I will check this annually.

Now the hard part is waiting 5 months for spring camping...

I will not caulk the air conditioner.
I also checked the air conditioner mounting bolts and they were OK.

No, the hose is at the bottom of both tanks. The picture was shot from underneath the camper, looking up through the removed underbelly, into the bottom of the tank.
