Thanks dougtoms, I finally got around to attaching that 5' X 4" pvc sewer tube behind propane tanks. I drilled 1/2 holes on top of frame and used #10 self tapping screws with washers.

Attaching a 4" PVC Sewer Tube to frame Question
What would be a good way to attach a 5' x 4" PVC Tube across the front on top of frame of camper behind propane tanks. Plenty of wiggle room, has anyone done this before.
