Thank you all so much. You've confirmed some of my suspicions and inclinations. I should have stated I'm only "very slightly" inclined to say yes to the extended warranty and wheel/tire plan.

Oh, wise and experienced ones:

We've put the deposit down on our Swift 154BH. We will finalize with the dealer later this month with our cashier's check in hand and take delivery at that time....
