2 things: Do a utube search RV A/c leaks and also email Service@jayco.com
and ask for a Service Tech under warranty. I have had great service from Jayco for the past 12 years with various issues...

Smell
If the vent cap is caulked it can't vent the smell. Need to remove the caulk and open the cap so it can vent. I had to do that to a TT I had. The smell was horrible in the TT. :eek:

Just installed my AMTIFD A8 FHD W/ 7" Monitor on my 2020 27.5 Eagle HT pre wired for the Furrion Mount. Plug and Chug and that was all there was to it. You must have the running lights in your TV on...

Take the cover off the motor and you will see the gear setup that makes it go up and down. See if the shear pin is broken. Had that problem once. Manufacturer sent me 2 new pins at no cost.

Pre Wired for Rear Camera

Roof Leak
You should check the 4 screws that anchor the A/C to ensure that they are snug. If they are loose that can cause a leak. Hopefully your A/C gasket is not pinched. That is the 1st thing I would check....
