Hot water tank plug

The last couple of times we purchased the nylon/plastic plugs for the hot water tank - they would not fit. They are supposedly the 1/2" but are too big. Dealer tells us it is the right size. . . ....

Thanks - we still have the manual and it was not helpful. Sent a note to Panasonic - they advised "buy a new one". The microwave needs servicing and cost would be more than a new microwave.

thanks - I will give it a try. Part of the issue is venting of the microwave. It seems the RV microwaves are much more expensive than regular ones.

We have an older Jayco - 1997. The microwave has started to cycle through the power options - it keeps cycling and won't stop. The buttons on the control panel don't respond as well.
