My water pump doesn't appear to run when I flip the switch .
Do you have to have water in the tank for it to run ?

How can I trouble shoot if it's suppose to run?

Hi,

I have my camper plugged into my house power.
There is something running that when I turn off the bottom breaker stops running.
The breaker cover seems to indicate it's the water heater....
