one option left help!

Well I have moved the springs into the lowest holes,set the trailer to bed clearance to 6 inches and when I measure the difference in front/ground and back/ground it's 5 inches should it be closer...

Got it home today without any problems was looking at the tires they are Goodyear marathon (3) and one is a odd ball tire. The 3 Goodyear tires had a DOT 2VHH MLHR but no numbers and the load rating...
