Hub Problems
Looks familiar, just blew out a hub coming into San Diego Xmas Day and the other on the way back to Tucson on New Years. Outer bearing shot and brakes rubbing on the backing plate like your pic.

10-14 mpg
Get 10-12mpg in the hills and up to 14mpg on the flats pulling my 184BH with my 2013 Escape Ecoboost. See my Idaho trip post from last year.

As mentioned in a previous post the ball is not mounted far enough back on the tongue. I measured it at 22.5 inches. Most instructions I have seen on the internet, including the directions included...

Yes we have sway control
Oh god yes we have a friction type sway bar installed. I accidentally forgot to attach it on a trip, when the first semi passed that trailer went ape s*#t!
