I love the x213, we have owned much larger...
I love the x213, we have owned much larger trailers, but this trailer tows awesome, better on the car and gas mileage and does what we need. We love it and i am sure you will too

Yes, they move their campers with a fork lift...

It does not need to be level if fridge is not...
