We have a 2006 Jayco designer with small awnings over the windows. they are secured in place by a strap and hook under the window.
I can not pull them out with the strap so i manually turned...

the local rv dealer was able to able
to order a replacement tap for $25. Canadian
some parts stores might have the part that leaks for under $5.00
