Thanks for all your suggestions.....especially the Eternabond fanboys.

I will first try the Dicor Lap Sealant as blderman advised. If that is not effective I will use the Eternabond tape.

How to seal small punctures in roof

I just finished inspecting my roof on my 2015 185RB and found several punctures in the roof caused by acacia tree thorns. They are 1/16 - 1/8" in diameter.

I think Eternabond tape would be over...
