The second valve is under the false bottom of the island cabinet nearest the refrigerator. Unfortunately you cannot reach it unless you remove the bottom of the cabinet.

For 90% of the campgrounds that is more than enough. I keep a 10 ft extension in a small container in the storage compartment. Also rinse with hot water before I store and use end caps.
